I’ll pick fish over meat any day of the week. Salmon burgers are my go-to during the summer months. Plus, my husband – who hates anything “from the sea” – can happily munch his beefy version alongside mine.

I need need some caramel sauce! That looks so creamy and rich…I bet it would be great on brownies and ice cream, topped with a little rock salt!
