If you’re anything like me, then you celebrate your Irish heritage with pride during the month of March. Especially on St. Patrick’s Day.
Even if you’re just a teeny part Irish (like I am), or a wannabe Galway gal with no roots to claim, it’s fun to take part in all things green on March 17th each year.
So in honor of that, we’ve got a roundup of recipes with a little luck of the Irish in them, to get you started on your menu planning for the big day. Happy eating!
Irish Stew, Corned Beef and Cabbage Sliders, Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes, Rainbow Jello, Pesto Potatoes with Spinach Clovers,Lucky Lime Poke Cakes, Classic Corned Beef and Cabbage, Creme de Menthe Brownie Bites, Guinness and Cheddar Dip, Guinness Beef Stew, Luck of the Irish Party Mix, Irish Cheesecake Bombs, Colcannon
Do you have a favorite St. Patrick’s Day recipe that you love to make? Around here, our go-to dish is shepherd’s pie, but I often make that one throughout the cold season (it just seems like a wintry meal to me). One the big day itself, I like to try something new each year to mix things up. It’s fun to try something different, and it makes it feel more special when we go out of our way to do something elaborate.
We’d love to hear your recipe ideas if you have a favorite! Feel free to share in the comments below, or shoot us an email to share the St. Pattys love.
